Seasonal Update 1.5: ‘Sneak Attack’!

In this update, you can expect to see the following:

• Launch of a new season for a long-running event featuring premium vehicles;
• Commencement of a new season of Battle Pass;
• A new standard Italian platoon and the second missile ship;
• A new tank location — Rheinland;
• The new mechanics — boosters;

IMPORTANT: Please remember that the mechanics of "Star Levels" involves merging vehicles from levels 15, 15* and 15** of the tank campaign and levels 26, 26* and 26** of the ship campaign into levels 15 and 26 respectively (after the appearance of campaign levels 16 and 27). Vehicles purchased for Golden Eagles will remain as a premium even after the levels are merged. The final experience and Silver Lions multipliers will be the same as for level 15 and 26 vehicles.

Season ‘Sneak Attack’

Complete this season’s Sneak Attack battle tasks, earn War Bonds as a reward, and unlock trophy containers with valuable prizes.

Unique trophy rewards: the premium T-34-85 (S-53) platoon and the premium light cruiser "Chapaev" in the Medium Trophy container, and the premium Ru 251 platoon and the premium USS Texas in the Big Trophy container.

The race for vehicles in the Big Trophy container begins a week from today, on February 22nd, 2024.

IMPORTANT: In the new season, the principle of filling Big Trophies will change! Now you will receive gold or a unique reward every time you open a chest, including brand new removable camouflages for the current season's vehicles. More details — in the article on the eve of the Big Trophies release.

Battle Pass

Complete special tasks, level up your Battle Pass and receive rewards for your completed steps.

IMPORTANT: you can purchase BP for Platinum Wolves, the final cost of the pass has not changed.

Leaderboards

Leaderboards are already open! To join the ship leaderboard, a minimum of 5 naval battles is required, and for the tank leaderboard you need to have participated in at least 5 battles using ground vehicles.

The rating season ends on February 29th, 2024, at 10:00 (GMT). Rewards will be distributed within a few days after the leaderboards are frozen. It’s important to note that rewards may be given out at different times for different leaderboards.

New location

New location for ground battles “Rheinland”.

New mechanics: Boosters

It is now possible to use boosters — a special type of effects that increase campaign experience, experience of vehicles and the amount of Silver Lions received by the player after a battle.

IMPORTANT:

• Boosters are applied automatically when entering a battle.
• Boosters are spent when deserting.
• You can use several different boosters together.
• Boosters that increase campaign or vehicle experience are spent even if you are at the maximum level of the campaign or the selected vehicles.
• Silver Lions gained due to the effect of a booster are counted in the Common Rating;
• Silver Lion Boosters don’t increase the amount of Silver Lions for Match Awards;
• Experience and Silver Lion Boosters are stacked with Premium account bonuses.

How to obtain:

• Purchase by clicking on the button next to the "To Battle!" button.
• Daily trophies.
• Rewards for some events.

Profile

Player Profile development continues. New features of this update:

• The ability to view player profiles in the Leaderboard window has been added.
• Information on vehicles in the tank and ship campaigns has been added.
• The Statistics tab with information on vehicles and battle statistics by campaign has been added to the Profile menu in the Hangar.

Changes

• The armor penetration of DM13 and M392A2 shells has been fixed from 302 to 340mm.
• For PGZ09 and Type 87, the incorrect size of the ammo belts has been fixed. There is a bug with incorrect display of the largest ammo size above both belts in their selection menu.
• Ammo amount for additional guns in the following vehicles has been changed:
  • Maus — 75mm ammo size reduced to 50 shells, changed the order of expending and filling the ammo;
  • M6A1 — 37mm ammo size reduced to 80 shells;
  • T1E1 — 37mm ammo size reduced to 80 shells;
  • Churchill I — 75mm ammo size reduced to 29 shells.
• HMS Warspite — the auxiliary caliber gun damage index has been recalculated with the correct values whilst taking into account the distribution of guns on the ship. The information in the card has been corrected. The actual damage of the ship has not changed.
• A number of visual flaws on the Vietnam location have been fixed.
• A bug causing "pixel ripples" on trees has been fixed.

Other

• Premium account now boosts the amount of Silver Lions for Match Awards.
• Silver Lions earned for Match Awards are now counted in the Common Rating.
• In the Daily Login Trophies, consumable items (such as smoke generators, repair kits, etc.) have been replaced with Boosters.

• Animation of new vehicles appearing in the Ship Campaign has been changed.
• You can now only buy countermeasure charges if you have a vehicle that can use them.
• The position on the mountain between two large rocks has been closed on the Vietnam location.
