Technical update 1.11.0.126

Changes, improvements and corrections.

Tanks

  • A bug that caused an overload message to appear after taking off on an airplane in a tank battle and returning to drive the tank.
  • A bug that caused the “Artillery Fire” inscription remaining on the screen after the end of firing has been fixed.
  • A bug that caused the crosshairs of the penetration indicator to change color, demasking the enemy hidden by the smoke screen, has been fixed.
  • A bug that caused the KV-2 tank in the hangar to display only the shadow of the machine gun next to the ladder on the turret, has been fixed.
  • The base number of shells in the ammo set of ground vehicles before the battle has been increased: now the required minimum for the first shell is 45%, for the second – 15%. If only one shell is available, then 60% of the maximum ammo is set.

Ships

  • The information about surface & periscope speed has been added to submarine cards.
  • Now the shaking effect from being hit by a torpedo or missile is only active on the affected ship.
  • A bug that caused the HMS Valiant card to display an empty missile launch speed scale has been fixed.
  • HMS Dido, Novorossiysk – fixed a bug that caused some guns to incorrectly calculate the distance to the target.
  • To make it easier to play V ranks in V-VI ranked matches, no more than 1 missile ship per team will be present in combat.
  • To make it easier to play Rank I and Rank II in I-II, II-III matches, the teams will be more balanced.

Please remember that if players are in a squad, the rank for joining the match is taken from the maximum rank of the squad member. This may cause players of lower ranks to be in the battle. Such situations don't break the "no more than 1 ship of N rank" rule. Please pay attention to the squad labels in the stats before reporting a bug.

Aircraft

  • A bug that cause the preposition marker to appear without capturing the target at different ranges has been fixed.
  • A bug that caused the overload tooltip to appear on the screen after the overload was complete has been fixed.
  • The display of non-penetration and ricochet when hitting ground vehicles in the airplane campaign has been added.
  • The layering of aircraft icons in the vehicle tree that caused an inability to explore a visually accessible unit has been fixed.
  • Bf 109 E-1 – pylons have been added on low graphics settings, now bombs don't hang in the air.

Locations

A number of bugs with tank and ship map borders have been fixed:

  • The “Return to the battlefield” message is no longer displayed when a vehicle appears on the map or respawns;
  • red stripes on the edges of mini-maps have been fixed;
  • mini-map borders have been brought in line with the real size of the maps.

The WTM team regularly optimizes vehicle models and fixes bugs in them. The following vehicle models have been optimized:

  • M3 Bradley

  • Sd.Kfz.251/21 – at high and maximum graphics settings there were details hanging in the air.
  • Gepard – in x-ray mode the muzzle brake was rectangular.

UI/UX

  • Now in the combat and post-combat statistics window, players in the same squad will be marked.
