[Event] Lunar New Year

The Lunar New Year, one of the most anticipated and celebrated holidays worldwide, is here. According to the Eastern calendar, the patron saint of the year will be the Snake – in Chinese mythology this creature is associated with wisdom, cunning and patience.

We invite you to celebrate the holiday together with War Thunder Mobile!

From January 27th to February 10th, join the themed event and get a holiday vehicle in unique camouflage.

Tasks

On Day 1 of the event there are 10 tasks available. For completing them you will receive Lunar New Year Bonds, stars to fill the progress bar and other rewards. On Day 7 of the event, another set of 10 tasks will be available.

Complete holiday missions, collect Lunar New Year bonds, open trophies and get unique themed rewards!

One campaign jackpot requires 20 attempts.

In total, you can get 2,500 Lunar New Year Bonds during the event:

• 300 pieces – for the “Lunar New Year in WTM!” welcome task;
• 1700 pieces – for completing the event progress bar;
• 500 pieces – for completing event tasks.

Additional bonds can be purchased for Platinum Wolves by clicking on the “+” under the image of the themed currency.

Lunar New Year Trophies

Fireworks are once again available throughout the Lunar New Year event! Use them during a tank battle or launch them from a ship and give a greeting and 10,000 Silver Lions to one of the players in the battle.

The Tank campaign's holiday trophy includes an M64 Platoon (Rank III):

• M64 – mobile, fast, with an excellent gun and extremely dangerous in experienced hands;
• Object 211 – an amphibious vehicle with good armament;
• ISU-152 – a terrible dream of any tank is to see a shell flying out of its 152 mm gun;
• M42 – a well-known and great companion of platoons at low ranks.

You can get the ROKS Chungbuk (Rank I) from a Naval Trophy:

• The ROKS Chungbuk is a dangerous ship with six 127mm guns and 533mm torpedoes.

Fans of aviation will get the H-81A-2 (Rank II) fighter from Aircraft Trophy:

• The H-81A-2 is a formidable, fast, and an incredibly beautiful fighter.

You'll also be able to get themed decorator, title and avatars during the event that bring good luck!

All of these decorations, as well as the avatar from the previous year and Golden Eagles and Silver Lions can be purchased in the event store.
