Reporting a bug is easy!

Discover the services that allow you to quickly report issues to the developers.

Dear players,

War Thunder Mobile (WTM) offers two convenient ways to contact developers and receive game support:

Both services include user-friendly media upload forms, and all requests are handled by qualified specialists. Please review about the features of each service to ensure you receive the fastest response and solution to your issue.

Support Service

The Support Service handles financial and personal data issues, including:

  • Registration or login issues.
  • Problems linking your Gaijin account.
  • Missing in-game purchases after payment.
  • Changes in payment region, currency, or prices.

You can find the Support link in the game’s main menu and on our website.

Additionally, you can submit a request directly from the game by clicking the Support button in the Profile section.

When submitting a request, please log in (optional) and fill out all fields with as much detail as possible. Attaching relevant screenshots and logs will help us quickly identify and fix your problem.

Support Service Features

Support responses are sent to the email address provided. If you don't receive an automatic request confirmation with a ticket number, please verify your email address is correct.

During seasonal events or holidays, responses may take up to several business days. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any delays.

Support does not handle:

  • Bug fixes (use the bug tracker).
  • Inappropriate nicknames or unsporting conduct (гse the in-game reporting system – Game Masters, not Support, review these cases).
  • Discussions or comments on game updates (refer to our social media channels).
  • Moderation of official or unofficial social media servers. Support cannot ban or unban users on social media.

CBR

The Community Bug Report (CBR) system is for reporting technical issues in the game, including:

  • Application performance problems (assuming minimum requirements are met);
  • Visual and technical issues with vehicles (tanks, ships, aircraft);
  • Visual and technical issues on maps;
  • Errors when completing tasks;
  • Game crashes or unexpected closures;
  • Control, sound, and interface problems (including text mistakes), etc.

You can submit a bug report directly from the game using the “Report a bug” button in the main menu.

Log in to the website with your account (top right corner) and fill in all required fields. Please describe the issue in detail and attach relevant screenshots or logs. The more information you provide, the faster we can identify and fix the problem.

CBR features

The primary function of our specialists in the Community Bug Report (CBR) service is to gather detailed information about technical issues, analyze them, replicate them on test devices, and forward them to the relevant development teams for fixing.

While widespread issues are quickly identified and addressed through CBR, you may also encounter unique bugs that occur only on specific devices or even just on your smartphone. Resolving such cases may take more time.

Please note, CBR is strictly for reporting bugs. Do not use it for game reviews, complaints about allies, vehicle requests, or game development suggestions. For these topics, we recommend using the Stores (Google Store, AppStore, AppGallery), Discord, or other social media platforms. 

Logs

Logs are crucial for bug detection. Without them, our QA specialists cannot pinpoint issues related to specific devices or GPUs. The only exceptions are minor text errors, such as typos or missing translations, where a screenshot or a detailed description of the location of the error is sufficient.

Game client logs record all actions during a session, providing vital information for technical specialists.

How to Retrieve Logs

Before obtaining the log file, follow these steps:

  1. Close the game completely – to generate a log, completely close the game client, ensuring it's not minimized.
  2. Locate the log file:
    Android:
    \Android\media\com.gaijingames.wtm\files\logs\aces
    — The latest log file is named "debug0.clog" – with the most recent date.
    — Note: Some file managers may hide this folder. Check your app settings to display hidden files.
    Huawei Android: \Android\media\com.gaijingames.wtm\files\logs\aces
    — The latest log file is "debug0.clog" – with the most recent date (same as on other Android devices).
    — Note: Some file managers may hide this folder. Check your app settings to display hidden files.
    iOS: files\War Thunder Mobile
    — The latest log file is named "aces.clog" – with the most recent date.
  3. Check the creation date of the log file before attaching it to your report. If the file is outdated or does not reflect a recent session (logged in 15–60 minutes ago), you may have selected the wrong file or forgotten to close the game.
  4. Retention period – Your device keeps logs from the last four game sessions. If the issue occurred several days ago and you've played multiple sessions since then, the relevant data may no longer be available.

  • Report nickname violations, unsporting behavior, or cheating – Use the complaint function, located in the public profile of the player you want to report.
  • Apply for the Partner (Content Creator) Program – Fill out the form on the game's website.
  • Stay updated on game news – Check in-game news, the official website, or social media (personal announcements are not available).
  • Suggestions/feedback – Use social media, especially the designated feedback channel on the official Discord server.
  • Appeal penalties or report rule violations on Discord – Contact @ModMail bot via private message (found in the bot list on the server).
  • Join the community and chat – Connect on Discord, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram and Reddit.
  • Note: There is no official chat for discussions on Telegram, only a news channel.
