A new aircraft location – sea expanses, steep mountains and endless skies for turn fighting!

Tropical islands

The archipelago of Phi Phi in the Andaman Sea near Thailand became the basis for the map designers to create this new location. The real archipelago consists of two large (one inhabited) and four tiny limestone islands.

In contrast, the location in War Thunder Mobile includes dozens of islands with several bases and two large airfields. The hills and mountains are covered with grass and low trees. There are a few buildings, all of them are technical, located near strategic targets.

Many sheltered places in the lowlands, mountains and hills with significant height differences allow you to ambush and get away from enemies on your tail. In addition, inexperienced pilots will have to search for bases that aren't visible from afar at medium and low altitudes due to terrain features.

Besides the usual ground targets – armored vehicles and bases – there are ships and boats in the straits between the islands. They should also be destroyed. This is the map where experienced pilots will be able to realize the full potential of their aircraft, which can carry torpedoes!

“Tropical Islands” is a colorful and interesting aircraft map, featuring good optimization and a wide range of opportunities for all types of aircraft.
