Most ground units's reload speed can be increased by improving crew skills. Crew upgrades increase the actual and displayed fire rate values in the card. Vehicles equipped with an automatic loader don't need a loader. Therefore, crew skills should not affect the fire rate of the gun. However, due to a technical error such models as T-64, T-72 and ZTZ-96 have visually different fire rates in the cards of the standard and upgraded units, although the actual fire rate is always the same (corresponds to the value in the card of the upgraded unit). The bug will be fixed when the ground vehicle upgrade trees appear.
